WEA HS Scholar Earns a Prestigious Spot in College Park Scholars at UMD!

We are proud to celebrate Orlyn Gomez, a senior at Archbishop Curley and a WEA High School Scholarship recipient, on his recent acceptance into the College Park Scholars program at the University of Maryland! 🎓

Orlyn, who also inspired us as the guest speaker at our Annual Fall Luncheon, was selected for this innovative living-learning community designed for academically talented first- and second-year students. His acceptance letter highlighted the exceptional competitiveness of this year’s applicant pool and recognized Orlyn’s outstanding achievements.
